We rent private rooms in a central location with flexible short stay or long stay contracts.
Our rooms share common areas of kitchen / living / dining / laundry. Half of our rooms have a private bathroom, and the others share. Some of the bigger rooms can be arranged for double occupancy.
There is also a small availability of independent studio flats or apartments.
NicosiaStay has two central locations: NicosiaStay at Aeashylou and NicosiaStay at Mnasiadou.
Whether you choose the charming, diverse, small scale narrow alleys of century old buildings of the walled city (NicosiaStay at Aeashylou), or the more modern and contemporary city center of boutique stores and stark cafes (NicosiaStay at Mnasiadou), you will have the city on your fingertips. Both accommodation options are located in pedestrian areas full of shops, markets, galleries, cafes, parks, bars and restaurants.
Both locations are within a 7-minute leisurely walk from the main central bus terminal of Nicosia (Solomou square).

You can set your contract period for as long as you need, and extend it further if necessary. For any contract changes you will need to contact us a month in advance. NicosiaStay has a minimum contract duration of one month. We do not rent daily or weekly.
Our contracts are ideal for students or non-students who are in Cyprus for a short or long period of time but do not want to commit to a more permanent lodging setup.
