- We charge rent in monthly periods.
- Your monthly period starts on the day of your arrival.
- Rent must be paid at the beginning of each monthly period.
- A late fee will be applied for delayed rent payments.
- Stays that extend from one up to two weeks after the contract’s monthly period, will be liable to half month’s rent.
- Stays that extend longer than two weeks after the contract’s monthly period, will be liable to full monthly rent charges.
- You can book a room in advance by depositing one month’s rent. This amount will be considered your deposit and will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
- If you cancel your booking one month before arrival your deposit will be returned to you, otherwise you will lose your deposit.
- You can extend your contract duration if you notify your landlord one month in advance.
